As consultant for the Lighstone Group, Mr. Willig managed the internal financial analysis for a $2.3 billion disposition of a multi-owner pool of properties. Among other duties, he determined allocation of value and transaction costs and allocated proceeds to the different owners; coordinated allocations with investment bankers and counsel; managed post-closing working capital adjustment with purchasers; and coordinated the review of tax issues relating to the disposition.
